There are no holes or major wear and it comes from a smoke and pet free environment. The logos are sewn on with no wear and the leather is in very good condition. The 2nd button from the bottom has an issue.

The metal part of the button that sits on the inside of the flap (female) is missing. The part that snaps into the other flaps button is present as seen in the pictures. It measures 24" from armpit to armpit and 27" from the top back of the neck to the bottom hem.
